Withdrawals
Please note that, until Monday, 16 November 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8), all withdrawals must be made online by the respective Member Associations through the Tournament Software online entry system.
Before the withdrawal deadline, promotion from the Reserve List to the Main Draw is mandatory and will be carried out automatically, unless the respective player/pair has previously withdrawn from the Reserve List.
After the withdrawal deadline, any promotion from the Reserve List to the Main Draw must be confirmed in writing by the respective Member Association(s) before it takes place.
The respective Member(s) must confirm acceptance of the promotion within 48 hours of the message being sent by the organisers, or no later than the start of the Team Managers Meeting if this takes place less than 48 hours after the message is sent.
If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, the player/pair will be considered as not accepting the promotion, in accordance with Regulation 12.4 of the Badminton Europe Junior Circuit Regulations.

The tournament will take place from 27 to 29 November 2026, at the Badminton High Performance Sports Centre – Joaquim Lopes, Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.
The provisional schedule is as follows:
