Withdrawals
Please note that, until Monday, 9 November 2026, all withdrawals must be made online by the respective Member Associations through the Tournament Software online entry system.
Before the withdrawal deadline, promotion from the Reserve List to the Main Draw is mandatory and will be carried out automatically, unless the respective player/pair has previously withdrawn from the Reserve List.
After the withdrawal deadline, any promotion from the Reserve List must first be confirmed in writing by the Member Association(s) concerned. The respective Member(s) must confirm acceptance of the promotion within 48 hours of the message being sent by the organisers, or no later than the start of the Team Managers Meeting if this takes place less than 48 hours after the message is sent. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, the player/pair will be considered as not accepting the promotion, in accordance with Regulation 12.4 of the Badminton Europe U17 Circuit Regulations.

Tournament schedule
The tournament will take place from 20 to 22 November 2026 at the Badminton High Performance Sports Centre – Joaquim Lopes, Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.
The provisional schedule published in the tournament invitation is:
Thursday, 19 November 2026, 20:00 – Team Managers Meeting at the venue
Friday, 20 November 2026, 09:30 – Main Events
Saturday, 21 November 2026, 09:30 – Main Events
Sunday, 22 November 2026, 09:30 – Semi-finals
Sunday, 22 November 2026, 13:00 – Finals
As the maximum number of entries was not reached, the tournament schedule is being reviewed. Any update to the final frame schedule will be published and communicated to the participating Member Associations in accordance with the Badminton Europe U17 Circuit Regulations.
